Job summary
Australian Regional and Remote Community Services (ARRCS) in Katherine, Northern Territory, seeks a Registered Nurse to lead clinical care for residents and supervise junior staff. The role is permanent, full-time with relocation and furnished shared accommodation included.
You will deliver person-centred aged care, support the ARRCS mission, and participate in ongoing education with the in-house Clinical Education team. Competitive package includes premium penalty rates and relocation support.
Qualifications
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
- Working rights for Australia; this package is not supported by sponsorship.
- Minimum 12 months RN experience in an Australian health service; preference aged care.
- Knowledge of contemporary nursing practices.
- Experience in multidisciplinary and multicultural care teams.
- Desirable: experience with Indigenous Australians or remote areas.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care to residents in the aged care facility.
- Provide team leadership, supervision and support for less experienced workers.
- Support achievement of people-centred quality care in line with ARRCS mission.
