Job summary

Australian Regional and Remote Community Services (ARRCS) is seeking qualified Registered Nurses to support elderly residents at Katherine Hostel, Katherine, NT. The role requires relocation to Katherine with furnished, shared accommodation included.

You will provide clinical care and lead a multidisciplinary team, delivering people‑focused quality care in line with ARRCS mission. The package includes a penalty-driven hourly rate for RN Level 2, generous bonuses, accommodation, salary sacrifice

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
• Working Rights for Australia – not offered on a sponsorship basis.
• Minimum 12 months RN experience to qualify for bonus (in addition to graduate placements).
• Knowledge of contemporary nursing practices.
• Experience in multidisciplinary and multicultural care teams.
• Preferably experience with Indigenous Australians and remote areas.
• Demonstrates clear written and verbal communication skills and basic computer skills.
• Meets mandatory compliance requirements.
