Job summary

ARRCS is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to support our elderly residents in a residential aged care facility in Katherine. The role is permanent and full-time, with relocation and furnished, shared accommodation included in the remuneration package.

You will provide clinical care, lead the care team, and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to deliver person-centred care in line with ARRCS mission.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
• Australian working rights; sponsorship not offered.
• Minimum 12 months RN experience; geriatrics preferred.
• Knowledge of contemporary nursing practices.
• Experience in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
• Ability to meet mandatory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to residents and lead a care team.
• Supervise and support less experienced staff.
• Support relocation to Katherine and adapt to the local facility.
