Job summary
Australian Regional and Remote Community Services (ARRCS) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide clinical care to elderly residents at Katherine, NT. You will lead a team and support colleagues to deliver person-centered care with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
- Working rights for Australia – This package is not offered on a sponsorship basis.
- A minimum of 12 months experience working as a Registered Nurse to qualify for the bonus.
- Knowledge of contemporary nursing practices.
- Experience in multidisciplinary and multicultural care team.
- Preferably prior experience working with Indigenous Australians or in remote areas of Australia.
- Demonstrates effective and clear written and verbal communication skills, including intermediate computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care to residents.
- Provide team leadership, supervision and support for less experienced workers.
- Ensure highest quality of care in line with ARRCS mission.
