Qualifications

• Qualified civil engineer with proven project delivery experience.
• Experience in land development and civil subdivision.
• Demonstrated collaboration with councils, consultants and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of major staged subdivision projects from planning to completion.
• Partner with Development Managers to meet programme, cost and quality milestones.
• Coordinate relationships with contractors, consultants, councils and internal stakeholders.
• Manage project planning, timelines, budgets, and quality against objectives.
• Proactively address risks with practical, commercial solutions.
