Job summary

Capstone Recruitment is seeking a Development Manager for a major master-planned community project in South West Sydney. You will lead delivery across planning, approvals, civil works, and settlement, coordinating with consultants and authorities to ensure on-budget and on-time outcomes.

You should bring engineering or development management experience in greenfield or subdivision projects, plus strong NSW planning knowledge and stakeholder engagement skills to drive sustainable community

Qualifications

• Proven engineering, project management or development management experience in greenfield, land subdivision or master-planned communities.
• Strong knowledge of the NSW planning and approvals framework.
• Commercial acumen with feasibility and budget management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management across government, council and industry.
• Interest in sustainable, community-focused outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of multiple stages from planning and approvals through to civil works, lot registration and settlement.
• Work with consultants, contractors, councils and government agencies to meet time, budget and design standards.
