Job summary

Stockland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead major residential subdivision and land development projects across North West Sydney. You will manage planning, design, construction and commissioning, coordinating with consultants, contractors and councils to deliver on time and within budget.

You’ll work in our residential development team with a strong civil background, a hands-on approach and a collaborative mindset, with a minimum of five years' experience and a current driver

Qualifications

Minimum five years of relevant civil engineering, design, construction or PM experience.
Strong experience in land development and civil subdivision projects.
Experience with local councils, approval authorities, consultants and contractors.
Proven commercial and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Deliver major staged subdivision projects from planning through construction.
Coordinate with Development Managers, consultants and contractors to meet milestones.
Identify practical solutions to project and construction challenges while managing risk.
Maintain strong on-site supervision with a focus on quality and safety.
