Job summary

Uniting AgeWell invites applications for a Program Manager in Waurn Ponds, Geelong region. The role leads Home Care and Respite services, guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, client‑centred care with strong operational and financial oversight.

You will shape service development, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and drive growth initiatives while maintaining a focus on client independence and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in aged care, health or community services.
• Track record managing multidisciplinary teams in service delivery settings.
• Strong financial management capability, including budgets and targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Home Care and Respite services across your region.
• Manage and develop a multidisciplinary workforce to deliver high-quality care.
• Oversee budgets, resources and financial performance against targets.
• Ensure client assessment, care planning and service delivery meet best practice standards.
• Drive client experience outcomes, including satisfaction, independence and wellbeing measures.
• Strengthen compliance, risk management and readiness for audits and accreditation.
• Identify growth opportunities, including expanding fee-for-service models.
