Uniting AgeWell in Victoria seeks a Program Manager to lead Home Care and Respite services across the region. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee budgets and drive service development with a client-centred approach.

The role balances operational leadership with financial stewardship and growth of fee-for-service offerings, ensuring services are safe, compliant and focused on client independence and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in aged care, health or community services.
• Track record leading multi-disciplinary teams in service delivery.
• Strong financial management with budgets and targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Home Care and Respite services across your region.
• Develop and manage a multi-disciplinary workforce to ensure high-quality care.
• Oversee budgets, resources and financial performance against targets.
• Ensure client assessment, care planning and service delivery meet best practice standards.
• Drive client experience outcomes including satisfaction and wellbeing.
• Support compliance, risk management and readiness for audits and accreditation.
• Identify growth opportunities including fee-for-service models.
