HUB24 Limited in Australia is seeking an experienced Lead Product Designer to shape complex experiences across professional and investor products. You will lead from discovery through to delivery, partnering with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to craft clear design direction.

The role focuses on wealth management workflows, reporting, engagement and transactions, with opportunities to influence product direction and delivery quality.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years' experience in product/UX/interaction design in a corporate setting.
• Senior/lead level experience with ambiguous or complex initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience across the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
• Designing complex workflows in financial/regulated environments.
• Ability to balance customer needs with business and technical feasibility.
• Clear design artefacts and storytelling to influence decisions.
• Experience partnering with Engineering to support implementation.

Aufgaben

• Lead design scoping of complex initiatives across internal teams and partners.
• Translate priorities into clear design problems and delivery options.
• Shape end-to-end experiences across professional and investor products.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, SMEs, and Operations.
• Facilitate workshops to build shared understanding and progress decisions.
• Create journey maps, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
• Use data and insights to support evidence-based design decisions.
• Design for complex financial/operational scenarios with clear status visibility.
• Communicate rationale and trade-offs to influence product choices.
• Produce artefacts for smooth handover to delivery teams.
• Apply design system patterns and propose new ones as needed.
• Seek feedback and maintain a coherent user experience.
