Job summary

HUB24 Limited is seeking a Product Development Manager in a hands-on role shaping HUB24’s core platform. You will work across adviser and investor experiences, delivering enhancements from discovery to delivery and continuous improvement.

You’ll partner with UX, Tech, Operations and Growth to turn customer needs into practical platform improvements, balancing front-end UX with robust backend requirements. This role offers a flexible hybrid setup in a dynamic wealth tech environment.

Qualifications

Experience in product management or ownership within Agile delivery.
Strong understanding of the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
Comfort working with technical teams on complex products.
Customer insights, data and research inform decision-making.
Experience managing roadmaps, backlogs and UAT.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the product roadmap balancing customer needs and business priorities.
Manage products end-to-end from discovery to delivery and improvement.
Translate needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Scrum and development teams across planning, delivery and releases.
Partner with UX, Technology, Operations, Growth to deliver platform improvements.
Use research and data to guide decisions and priorities.
Lead complex initiatives across adviser and investor experiences.
Communicate priorities and outcomes clearly to stakeholders.
