Job summary

HUB24 is rethinking wealth management with a combined platform, technology and data approach. We are seeking a Lead Product Designer to shape complex experiences across professional and investor products, from discovery to delivery.

You will partner with senior stakeholders and drive design across reporting, engagement and transactional workflows. This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne, with two days per week in the office, and offers a flexible, hybrid environment with strong growth

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in product design, UX or interaction design in corporate environments.
• Experience at a senior/lead level bringing structure to ambiguous or complex initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional alignment.
• Experience designing complex workflows in financial/services or enterprise contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead design scoping of complex initiatives across internal teams and partners.
• Translate priorities and constraints into clear design problems and options.
• Shape end-to-end experiences across professional and investor products.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers and Operations to align on scope.
• Facilitate workshops to build shared understanding and progress decisions.
• Develop journey maps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity designs.
• Employ research, data and domain knowledge to inform design decisions.
• Design for complex financial and operational scenarios with clear decisions.
• Communicate design rationale and influence product and delivery choices.
• Produce artefacts for smooth handover to delivery teams.
• Apply design system patterns and explore new patterns as needed.
