HUB24 Limited in Australia is seeking an experienced Lead Product Designer to shape complex experiences across professional and investor platforms. You will translate business needs into practical design solutions, guiding discovery, journey mapping, and delivery with senior stakeholders.

You’ll collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers and Operations, influencing product direction and maintaining a coherent user experience across wealth management workflows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product design or UX in corporate settings.
• Experience leading senior-level initiatives and bringing structure to ambiguity.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional alignment.
• Experience across product development lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
• Designing complex workflows in finance or regulated environments.
• Ability to balance customer needs with business goals and technical feasibility.

Responsabilités

• Lead scoping of complex initiatives across internal teams and partners.
• Translate priorities and constraints into clear design problems.
• Shape end-to-end experiences across professional and investor products.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, SMEs, and operations team.
• Facilitate workshops to align scope and decisions.
• Develop journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Use research and data to support design decisions.
• Apply design system patterns and propose new ones.
• Deliver well-documented artefacts for handover.
