Job summary

HUB24 in Sydney or Melbourne is seeking an experienced Lead Product Designer to shape complex experiences across professional and investor products, spanning reporting, engagement, transactions and platform workflows. You’ll lead discovery to delivery and influence product direction with senior stakeholders.

You will join a fast-paced team and bring 10+ years of product design experience, strong stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of complex financial services to the role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in product design, ideally with complex digital products in a corporate environment.
• Senior/lead level experience bringing structure to ambiguous initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience across the product development lifecycle from discovery to delivery support.
• Experience designing complex workflows involving financial transactions or regulated environments.
• Understanding of front-end technologies and delivery constraints is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design scoping of complex initiatives across internal teams and partners.
• Translate priorities into clear design problems and options.
• Shape end-to-end experiences across professional and investor products.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers and Operations to align scope.
• Develop journey maps, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
• Produce artefacts to support handover to delivery teams.
• Apply established design system patterns and introduce new patterns.
