Job summary

Westgold Resources Limited is offering a permanent, full‑time role at our Tuckabianna Processing Plant near Cue. The position requires operating milling, CIL, crushing, gravity and elution circuits, plus control room and tailings facilities, with a 7 nights on / 7 days on & 14 days off roster.

FIFO, DIDO or residential options from Meekatharra & Cue are available. The ideal candidate holds a C Class WA licence, 5+ years in gold processing, and leading hand experience.

Qualifications

• Current C Class Manual Western Australian driver's licence.
• 5+ years experience within a gold processing plant.
• Leading Hand role experience desired.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
• Experience in process control/SCADA systems (CITECT) desirable.
• Confined Space Ticket desirable.
• Gas Testing Ticket desirable.
• Working at Heights Ticket desirable.
• Forklift Licence desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate milling, CIL, crushing, gravity, and elution circuits and manage control room and tailings facilities.
• Operate forklift, EWP, and skid-steer safely.
• Operate process control systems using CITECT.
• Identify maintenance needs and improve output/efficiency.
• Mentor team members and liaise with contractors and stakeholders.
