Job summary

Westgold Resources Limited is offering a permanent, full‑time role at our Tuckabianna Processing Plant near Cue. The position requires operating milling, CIL, crushing, gravity and elution circuits, plus control room and tailings facilities, with a 7 nights on / 7 days on & 14 days off roster.

FIFO, DIDO or residential options from Meekatharra & Cue are available. The ideal candidate holds a C Class WA licence, 5+ years in gold processing, and leading hand experience.

Qualifications

• Current C Class Manual Western Australian driver's licence.
• 5+ years experience within a gold processing plant.
• Leading Hand role experience desired.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
• Experience in process control/SCADA systems (CITECT) desirable.
• Confined Space Ticket desirable.
• Gas Testing Ticket desirable.
• Working at Heights Ticket desirable.
• Forklift Licence desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate milling, CIL, crushing, gravity, and elution circuits and manage control room and tailings facilities.
• Operate forklift, EWP, and skid-steer safely.
• Operate process control systems using CITECT.
• Identify maintenance needs and improve output/efficiency.
• Mentor team members and liaise with contractors and stakeholders.

THE WESTGOLD OFFER

Full-time, permanent position based at our Tuckabianna Processing Plant near Cue. Remuneration includes base salary + site allowance + wellbeing allowance + up to 15% STI bonus + Superannuation. Based at our Tuckabianna site 7 nights on, 7 days on & 14 days off roster – Fly in on nights! THE ROLE

Operate all processing plant equipment relating to: Milling, CIL, Crushing, Gravity & the Elution circuit as well as the control room and tailings storage facilities. Operate the forklift, EWP, and skid-steer in a safe manner. Operate process control systems using CITECT. Identify and diagnose items of the plant that require maintenance or repair. Identify and act on ways of improving output or efficiency of the plant. Mentor team members to create a safe and efficient work environment. Liaise with Contractors and Stakeholders as required.

WHAT DO I NEED

Current “C” Class Manual Western Australian driver’s licence 5+ years experience working within a gold processing plant Previous experience in a Leading Hand role (desired) Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks Experience in process control and SCADA systems (CITECT) (desirable) Confined Space Ticket (desirable) Gas Testing Ticket (desirable) Working at Heights Ticket (desirable) Forklift Licence (desirable).
