Job summary

Engineeringtradesaustralia is seeking Process Operators to join our clients on rosters starting ASAP, with FIFO from Perth, meals and accommodation provided. These roles offer 12-hour shifts and include FIFO/BIBO from Perth.

Operate and monitor gold processing plant sections such as crushing, milling, CIL/CIP circuits and flotation while maintaining safety standards and collaboration with maintenance and production teams. Candidates must reside in Australia with full working rights.

Qualifications

• Gold Room experience is highly desirable but not essential.
• Prior work on a gold processing site (crushing, milling, CIL/CIP Tanks, flotation).
• Current Driver's Licence is required.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen.
• Must currently reside in Australia with full working rights.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor gold processing plant including crushing, milling, CIL/CIP circuits and flotation.
• Maintain optimal plant performance and ensure production targets are met; conduct routine inspections and basic troubleshooting.
• Work collaboratively with maintenance and production teams.
• Maintain high safety and housekeeping standards across the site.
