Job summary

ARRCS is hiring a Personal Care Worker for Home Care in Katherine, NT. This casual role involves travelling to clients’ homes to provide care, help with daily living activities and meals, and support transportation to appointments.

Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care or related field is required. A vehicle and full insurance are expected. Visa sponsorship is not available. ARRCS offers competitive pay and benefits for casual staff.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
• Hold or willing to obtain a Food Handlers Certificate to standard 3.2.2A.
• Experience in activities of daily living in community or Home Care.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes to provide personal care and support.
• Assist with daily living activities, meals, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide social support and transport to appointments as needed.
