Job summary

Australian Regional & Remote Community Services is hiring Personal Care Workers across the Northern Territory, including Katherine. You will provide direct resident care, daily living support and maintain high wellbeing standards.

The role requires Certificate III in Aged Care/Disability, strong communication and the ability to work in a culturally diverse team. ARRCS offers training, leave, and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or higher in Aged Care/Disability/Individual Care is required.
• Experience assisting with activities of daily living in aged care.
• Demonstrates clear verbal and written communication, teamwork and respect.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to residents in the facility.
• Assist with cleaning, bed making, grooming, showering and dressing.
• Support mobility and meals as needed, under supervision of senior staff.
