Job summary

Brandt is seeking a Payroll Administrator to support payroll operations across Australia and New Zealand from our Ballarat Head Office. The role involves processing payroll, ensuring compliance with awards and legislation, and providing excellent service to employees.

You will work with the Payroll Team Lead and HR to deliver accurate payments, handle onboarding/offboarding, and support year-end activities while upholding strict confidentiality and data security.

Qualifications

• Strong administration skills with 5+ years of experience in volume payroll.
• Experience running end-to-end payroll processes and collaborating with teams.
• Proficient in Excel and payroll software, including UKG, with data privacy focus.

Responsibilities

• Process fortnightly, ad-hoc, and country-specific payroll for AU & NZ.
• Handle payroll inquiries and maintain accurate employee files.
• Ensure compliance with local awards, taxation, and company policies.
