Job summary

Brandt Tractor is seeking a Payroll Administrator to support payroll operations across Australia and New Zealand. Based at Ballarat Head Office, you will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance with relevant legislation and awards.

You will collaborate with Payroll and HR teams, resolve payroll queries, and maintain employee files while delivering high-quality customer service in a confidential environment.

Qualifications

• Experience running end-to-end payroll and handling confidentiality.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with payroll software (UKG) and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process fortnightly, commission, TVP and ad-hoc pay runs for AUS & NZ.
• Onboard/offboard activities and payroll queries handling.
• Maintain employee files and payroll records with accuracy.
• Prepare payroll reports for Finance and HR.
