Job summary

North Queensland Fresh Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Facility Supervisors to oversee daily operations at their horticultural packing facility in Queensland. You will lead packing shed activities, manage staff, and ensure hygiene, safety and export compliance across all processes.

Reporting to the Facility Plant Manager, you will drive continuous improvement, supervise quality control, and coordinate with growers, marketing, dispatch and QA teams to support smooth operations and successful

Qualifications

• Experience in horticulture supervision or packing shed operations.
• Knowledge of ICA protocols, DAFF regulations, and export compliance.
• Familiarity with HACCP, FreshCare, and phytosanitary controls.
• Strong leadership and staff training experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise packing shed operations and quality control to meet export specs.
• Ensure compliance with ICA, CGMMV, DAFF regulations, and food safety standards.
• Train and lead packing shed staff; manage inductions and WHS adherence.
• Coordinate with growers, marketing, dispatch and QA for daily operations.
• Prepare for audits and maintain documentation and traceability.
• Monitor stock levels and report any supply issues.
