Job summary

ORIX Australia Corporation Limited is seeking an experienced Team Leader - Novated Administration to guide a busy team of Sales Administrators and Settlement Officers in a high-volume novated leasing environment.

You will coach, support and develop your team, ensuring accurate processing, timely service and adherence to ORIX policies while meeting targets and compliance requirements. This role is based in Sydney, NSW and requires a proactive, customer-focused approach to leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a high volume administration team.
• A strong track record of coaching, training and developing people.
• Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
• A passion for continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• The ability to work confidently in a fast paced environment.
• Novated leasing experience is desirable, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and motivate a team of Administrators and Settlement Officers.
• Coach and develop your team to achieve key performance targets.
• Provide regular one on one support, team meetings, training and coaching.
• Coordinate the day to day activities of the team and ensure a consistent level of service.
• Support continuous improvement and look for ways to make processes more efficient.
• Oversee the acceptance of vehicle orders and manual payments where required.
• Prepare vehicle management contracts.
• Ensure documentation and processes are completed accurately and in line with ORIX policies.
• Provide support to the Head of Novated Leasing as required.
• Step in to support the team during periods of leave to keep things running smoothly.
