ORIX Australia Corporation Limited is seeking a detail-focused Novated Leasing Administrator to join our Novated team in Sydney. This role emphasizes accuracy, organisation and collaboration as you prepare vehicle quotations and support Novated Specialists to deliver great outcomes for our customers.

You will prepare accurate quotations in Salesforce and ORION, liaise with dealers by phone and email, and work with Pricing, Credit and Maintenance teams to ensure quotes are processed efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration and data entry within a corporate environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing high-volume tasks.
• Confident working with numbers and processing information quickly and correctly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of vehicles and vehicle accessories.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely vehicle quotations in our systems (Salesforce/ORION).
• Liaise with dealers via phone and email to obtain pricing and follow up on quotes.
• Support Novated Specialists to ensure quotes are processed efficiently and correctly.
• Work closely with internal teams including Pricing, Dealer Relations, Credit, and Repairs & Maintenance.
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy and meet KPIs around turnaround times.
• Be part of a supportive, collaborative team environment with regular catch-ups and knowledge sharing.
