Job summary

Pructon is seeking an experienced Package Lead to join our Sydney operations and take responsibility for the successful delivery of mechanical and SMP packages across major infrastructure projects. This is a hands-on delivery role requiring strong coordination between the client, site supervision, engineering, procurement, subcontractors and Pructon's management team.

Take ownership of assigned mechanical/SMP packages, from mobilisation through to completion and handover, and manage programme,

Qualifications

• Experience delivering mechanical, SMP or process equipment packages.
• Strong planning, sequencing and site delivery knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of mechanical/SMP packages from mobilisation to handover.
• Coordinate project programme, labour, and construction activities.
• Review drawings, scopes of work, and documentation; manage variations and claims.
• Ensure safety, quality and environmental compliance; manage MDR/ITPs.
