Job summary

PLS is seeking a Delivery Lead to drive major upgrades and maintenance work for mineral processing plant infrastructure from our West Perth office. You will lead safety-focused delivery across planning, design, execution and handover, coordinating engineering consultants, contractors and internal teams to meet time, cost and quality targets.

You will oversee procurement planning, value engineering and risk management, while fostering a collaborative, “one team” culture and ensuring readiness

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in engineering.
• WA C class driver’s licence.
• Experience delivering mineral processing or mining projects.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budgets and risk.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe delivery of infrastructure projects across planning, evaluation, design, execution, commissioning and handover phases.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and resources to meet agreed performance metrics and delivery milestones.
• Oversee engineering consultants, construction contractors, vendors and equipment suppliers to ensure works are delivered to specification and required standards.
• Drive value engineering, procurement planning and technical tender reviews to support safe, cost-effective and reliable project outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal project teams, site construction teams and operational readiness stakeholders to develop construction, commissioning and handover plans.
• Identify, communicate and mitigate project risks, manage scope changes and prepare clear reports and presentations for key stakeholders.
