Pathway Recruitment, partnered with VINCI Construction, seeks an experienced Lead Scheduler for a major Sydney infrastructure project. You will own the integrated Master Programme, coordinating across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 10+ years in scheduling on large projects, NEC3/NEC4 experience, and strong Primavera P6 mastery. Based in North Sydney, you will report to the Commercial Lead and influence cross-functional

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of dedicated scheduling and planning experience on major infrastructure or complex construction projects.
• NEC3/NEC4 contract knowledge and experience on programme management.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 scheduling and integration with EPC/JV environments.
• Experience delivering integrated master programmes on large infrastructure projects.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and optimise the integrated Project Master Programme.
• Lead multidisciplinary coordination across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Quality, Commercial, and Commissioning.
• Monitor progress against baselines, perform critical path analyses, and develop recovery plans.
• Support NEC3/NEC4 Time Impact Analyses and EOT evaluations.
• Prepare programme performance data and dashboards for leadership and JV partners.
• Lead planning workshops and schedule review forums to drive alignment.
