Job summary

TRS Resourcing in Melbourne's South Yarra is seeking a Project Coordinator for high-end residential housing. You will develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, interpret architectural drawings, coordinate with consultants and trades, and oversee budgets and cost control.

The role emphasizes on-site quality, client communication, and timely delivery within a collaborative, high-standard team environment. 40–55 hours weekly, salary $80k–$110k + super, permanent.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in high-end residential project management.
• Strong understanding of custom construction processes and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficient with project management tools and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules and milestones.
• Interpret architectural drawings and coordinate with consultants and trades.
• Oversee project budgets and implement effective cost control strategies.
• Manage resources and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
