Job summary

CBH Group in Western Australia is seeking a Lead – Logistics Analytics to support CBH's logistics supply chain through financial analysis, reporting, forecasting and commercial insights. This fixed-term role runs through April 2027 and involves collaborating with Operations, Logistics and Finance to drive informed decisions.

You will lead KPI development, dashboards, and performance reporting, analyse rail and road performance, manage business cases, budgeting, forecasting and benefits tracking,

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in logistics, supply chain, finance, commerce, information technology or related discipline.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, transport, planning, operations or another complex commercial environment.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and business case development.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication to influence decisions.
• Experience using Power BI and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve Logistics KPIs, dashboards, forecasting and reporting.
• Analyse rail, road and supply chain performance for trends and opportunities.
• Lead supply chain optimisation initiatives with business case development and benefits tracking.
• Deliver financial and commercial analysis for budgeting, forecasting and contracts.
• Partner with Operations, Logistics and Finance to provide data-driven insights.
