Job summary

CBH Group is seeking a Lead – Logistics Analytics to support CBH's logistics supply chain through financial analysis, reporting, forecasting and commercial insights. You will collaborate with Operations, Logistics and Finance to deliver analysis and recommendations that inform operational and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in logistics, supply chain, finance, commerce, IT or related discipline.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, transport, planning or another complex commercial environment.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and business case development.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve Logistics KPIs, dashboards, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Analyse rail, road and supply chain performance to identify trends, constraints and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead supply chain optimisation initiatives, including business case development, implementation support and benefits tracking.
• Deliver commercial and financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, contract evaluation and operational decision-making.
• Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Logistics and Finance to provide clear, evidence-based insights and recommendations.
