CBH is seeking a Senior Specialist - Cost Control in Perth WA to actively manage cost information across project portfolios. You will prepare reports, update systems and deliver cost insights to support project decisions.

The role requires cost control expertise, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP, CMS, and Power BI for reporting and analysis. You will collaborate across Delivery Teams, Finance and Commercial to ensure data quality and timely accruals.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Accounting, Project Controls, or related discipline.
• Proven expertise in cost control, project controls, or financial reporting within complex projects.
• Clear judgement, ability to advise and support decisions with cost data.
• Balance analysis with stakeholder engagement and hands-on reporting.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and consolidate project and portfolio cost reports covering actuals, commitments, accruals, changes, variances and forecasts.
• Maintain cost registers, control sheets and reporting inputs with accurate data from project teams.
• Partner with Delivery Teams, Finance and Commercial to resolve data quality issues and provide cost insights.
• Coordinate project funding appropriations, approved changes and contract pricing across cost control systems.
• Process contract variations, progress claims and monthly accruals in CMS and SAP.
