Job summary

CBH Group in Perth is seeking a Coordinator - Expediting to support our Procurement team and ensure timely purchasing and delivery activities across the business.

You will coordinate orders, maintain SAP data, collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and help deliver reliable procurement outcomes in a dynamic logistics environment. The role offers growth opportunities within a leading WA co-operative.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, expediting, supply chain or similar coordination role.
• Confidence using SAP or ERP systems to maintain data.
• Strong planning, organisational and communication skills.
• A degree in finance, business or supply chain is valued.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing and expediting activities, including purchase orders.
• Maintain SAP order status, delivery dates, quantities, pricing and reporting data.
• Work with suppliers and stakeholders to confirm requirements and track delivery.
• Support procurement reporting on supplier performance and delivery information.
• Guide internal teams through purchasing processes for compliant procurement outcomes.
