Formación

• Provisional or full registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
• Demonstrated experience in curriculum area(s) specified for the position.
• Ability to lead and manage school priorities and improve teaching and learning.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage whole-school improvement initiatives aligned with the school strategic plan and priorities.
• Lead curriculum planning and delivery across key learning areas.
• Coordinate professional development and develop staff development plans.
• Oversee staff performance and development (review processes).
• Deliver demonstration lessons to model best practice for staff.
• Develop and oversee assessment and reporting policies and practices.
• Contribute to school policy development and governance.
