The role focuses on improving student achievement, engagement, and wellbeing through data-informed practices and collaboration with the School Improvement Team.

Successful candidates will model professional practice, implement the College Teaching and Learning Framework, and align with sector priorities and child safe standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expert knowledge of the relevant curriculum.
• Ability to model high-impact teaching strategies and evaluate their impact on learning.
• Ability to monitor and assess student learning and provide feedback to students and parents.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate high-level expertise in teaching and learning practice.
• Model teaching through demonstration lessons and coach teachers.
• Lead whole‑school improvement strategies aligned with VTLM 2.0, Berry Street Education Model and PCMS.
