Job summary

Lube Mobile, a Bridgestone group unit, seeks an experienced Lead, IT Systems to own core business platforms and drive technology solutions supporting growth and excellent customer experiences. Based in Meadowbrook, you will align initiatives with business priorities and oversee delivery from concept to implementation.

You’ll own the product roadmap, lead system enhancements, partner with stakeholders and vendors, and drive governance and release management to ensure secure, scalable outcomes

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading IT development, applications or systems teams.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex technology projects and business system enhancements.
• Strong product ownership, business analysis and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and outsourced service providers.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles, governance and change management.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Owning and managing the product roadmap, backlog and delivery priorities for Lube Mobile business systems.
• Leading system enhancement and development initiatives that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Partnering with business stakeholders, vendors and technical teams to define requirements and deliver successful outcomes.
• Driving governance, quality assurance, testing and release management activities.
• Monitoring project progress, risks, dependencies and outcomes while providing clear stakeholder updates.
• Ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture, security standards and business objectives.
• Managing relationships with external vendors and development partners.
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across systems, processes and service delivery.
