Qualifications

Experience in writing, editing, and structuring complex content for web.
Ability to use government style guides and WCAG 2.1 standards.
Proven ability to advise senior leaders on content design.
Professional web writing experience with published content.

Responsibilities

Design, plan and write content to meet user needs and clarity.
Apply style guides, content patterns and policies in work.
Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Use evidence and research to improve content and UX.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in agile environments; use Azure DevOps.
Participate in workshops to develop requirements and features.
Prepare documents, presentations and talking points.
Work autonomously and in teams; mentor junior staff when needed.
