Enemix is seeking a Lead Secondary Engineer to join its Transmission & Distribution team in Australia. You will design and deliver advanced Substation Secondary systems up to 500 kV, guiding project delivery with a focus on safety, reliability, and sustainability.

You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with civil, structural, and electrical teams, engage with regional clients, and support proposal development while upholding quality standards and best practices.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (required).
• HV secondary substation design experience with project delivery.
• Experience leading design teams including Global Delivery Centres.
• Strong client-facing communication and technical leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver advanced Substation Secondary systems up to 500kV.
• Lead multi-disciplinary design meetings and reviews.
• Review technical designs for standards compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and develop team capabilities.
• Engage with clients to provide expert technical advice.
• Support proposal activities including scope and cost estimation.
