HRG seeks a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead HV primary design for a national portfolio of Substation, Renewable Energy and Energy Storage projects across Sydney or Melbourne. You will stay hands-on while mentoring engineers and shaping technical capability within the Power & Electrification team.

You will influence standards, guide design frameworks, and provide technical leadership across complex projects as the team grows.

Formación

• HV primary design experience across Transmission/Distribution or Substation infrastructure.
• Experience leading technical design work and providing guidance to engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HV primary design and technical delivery across HV substation, renewable energy and energy storage projects.
• Provide technical leadership across design challenges, standards and project delivery for developing engineers.
• Engage with clients and multidisciplinary teams while staying hands-on with primary systems and earthing design.
