Job summary

Pullman Adelaide is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring cleanliness and guest satisfaction at the highest standard. You will supervise staff, inspect rooms and public areas, and mentor the team on cleaning techniques and hotel policies.

Responsibilities include managing inventory, addressing guest concerns promptly, and coordinating with other departments to maintain smooth hotel operations. English proficiency and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English (both verbal and written) is essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a hotel housekeeping environment.
• Strong training and coaching skills, with a proven ability to develop team members.
• Experience with Hotel Property Management Systems, specifically Oracle.
• Familiarity with HubOS Housekeeping Software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and hotel policies.
• Manage housekeeping inventory, including linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment.
• Address guest complaints and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly.
