Accor is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor in Adelaide to oversee daily housekeeping operations, supervise staff, and ensure top-tier cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will train team members, manage inventory, and coordinate with other departments to maintain hotel standards.

The role emphasizes health and safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in hotel housekeeping.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Experience with Hotel Property Management Systems, specifically Oracle OPERA.
• Familiarity with HubOS Housekeeping Software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and hotel policies.
• Manage housekeeping inventory, including linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment.
• Address guest complaints and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including proper handling of chemicals.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
