HECHO EN MEXICO CANBERRA FOOD PTY LTD is seeking Front of House staff and a Restaurant Supervisor for Canberra Centre. Join a dynamic team delivering guest experiences in a busy setting.

Lead the FOH team, manage guest seating and rosters, and uphold service standards. Four positions available with a 6-month probation; weekend and public holiday work required. Prior supervision experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant restaurant or hospitality experience.
• Previous experience as Restaurant Manager or Supervisor is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays as required.
• Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant floor operations and service.
• Prepare and manage staff rosters.
• Supervise and coordinate Front of House (FOH) staff.
• Welcome and manage guests, including hosting and table allocation.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Manage ordering and monitor stock levels.
• Train, support, and motivate FOH team members.
• Ensure smooth communication between FOH staff and management.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional restaurant environment.
