Job summary

Zurich Australia is seeking a Lead Engineer – Salesforce to drive design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and champion technical excellence across our digital platforms.

You will mentor engineers, review code, and evaluate new Salesforce features while ensuring alignment with Zurich’s digital strategy and customer focus. Experience in financial services or insurance is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Lead Engineer with Salesforce solution delivery in complex environments.
• Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce development (Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Strong understanding of APIs, integration patterns, and CI/CD concepts and tooling.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Experience Cloud.
• Salesforce Developer certifications.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead technical teams.
• Experience in financial services or insurance is highly regarded.

In order to be successful, you will have the following:
