Busy Bees at Wellard is seeking a passionate Lead Educator for a fixed-term, full-time role in Wellard, WA. You will lead the daily learning program, mentor educators, and ensure a safe, engaging environment for children.

Requirements include a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, Current First Aid/CPR, and WWCC, with ongoing professional development supported by Busy Bees. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Competenze

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent).
• Demonstrated experience leading a room within an early learning environment.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
