Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-equivalent, with current First Aid/CPR and WA WWCC/WWVP. A collaborative leadership style and commitment to child safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Commitment to child safety and Busy Bees values.
• Diploma or ACECQA-equivalent required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certs.
• WWCC/WA WWVP for WA required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of a high-quality educational program aligned with the EYLF.
• Inspire and mentor Educators within your room.
• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and the local community.
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and centre policies.
• Support children’s development, wellbeing, and learning outcomes through play-based experiences.
