Job summary

Busy Bees is seeking a passionate Lead Educator for Beeliar Village in Beeliar, WA, to lead daily learning and support educators in delivering a high-quality program. You will create a safe, engaging learning environment and partner with families to support children's growth.

Requires Diploma in ECE (or ACECQA-equivalent), current First Aid/CPR/Asthma & Anaphylaxis, and WA WWVP clearance. Join a global early-learning provider with strong child-safety commitments and career pathways.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-equivalent.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Current WWVP – WA Working with Children Check.
• Experience leading a room in an early learning environment.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of a high-quality educational program aligned with EYLF.
• Inspire and mentor Educators within your room.
• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and the local community.
• Ensure compliance with NQF and centre policies.
• Support children’s development and wellbeing through play-based experiences.
