Busy Bees at Wellard in Western Australia seeks a passionate Lead Educator to lead the daily learning program, mentor Educators, and create a safe, engaging environment for children.

You will plan and implement high‑quality programs aligned with the EYLF, build strong relationships with families, and ensure NQF compliance. Diploma in ECEC or ACECQA equivalent is required, plus First Aid/CPR and WWCC.

Formación

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Current Working with Children Check (VIC) and willingness to obtain WA WWCC
• Demonstrated experience leading a room in an early learning setting.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
