Job summary

Edge Early Learning is seeking a Lead Educator to mentor educators, deliver EYLF-aligned programs, and partner with a Centre Director to shape a positive learning culture.

You will lead a room across Nursery to Kindergarten, build strong relationships with children and families, and drive continuous improvement in a supportive, collaborative team environment. Availability to work opening/closing shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma holders: minimum 2 years' Lead Educator experience.
• Graduate Diploma/Master of Teaching: 3-4 years' Educator experience or 2+ years' Lead Educator experience in Australian long day care.
• Experience leading a room in a long day care setting.
• Confidence mentoring other educators.
• Strong understanding of the NQF and EYLF.
• Passion for creating engaging learning environments.

  OR Graduate Diploma / Masters of Teaching with the required long day care experience

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
