Job summary

Edge Early Learning Beaudesert is seeking an experienced Lead Educator to mentor the team and deliver engaging programs aligned to the EYLF. You will work with the Centre Director and Educational Leader to shape a positive centre culture and drive quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Graduate Diploma/Masters of Teaching with long day care experience.
• Diploma or Cert III for Educator roles.
• Experience leading a room in a long day care setting.
• Strong understanding of the NQF and EYLF.
