Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning is seeking an Educational Leader to guide a team of educators and develop engaging, developmentally appropriate curricula for all children. The role drives professional growth through our National Learning, Research, and Development Program (NLRDP) and fosters collaboration across the Green Leaves network.

You will mentor educators, lead creative learning initiatives, and contribute to a supportive environment emphasizing inclusion, wellbeing, and Indigenous knowledge

Qualifications

• AnACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or above.
• Current Working with Children's Check (state-relevant).
• Current Child Protection and National Safety Training Certificates (see required courses CHCPRT025, CHCPRT001, CHCPRT026, CHCPRT002 or CHCECE057; willingness to obtain).
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012).
• National Police Clearance obtained in the last 6 months.
• Must be available to work rotating shifts that may start as early as 7am and finish as late as 7pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of educators to design thoughtful, provocative experiences for every child.
• Coordinate and grow the National Learning, Research, and Development Program (NLRDP) for ongoing professional development.
• Mentor educators through regular sessions and cross-site collaboration across Australia.
• Support inclusion, wellbeing, and culturally responsive pedagogy within the Green Leaves network.
