Job summary

Kool Beanz on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Lead Educator to mentor staff, support program delivery, and nurture child development within a private, community-focused centre.

You will lead activities aligned with EYLF, build partnerships with families and schools, and contribute to continuous improvement while working a Monday–Friday schedule in a modern learning environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Current Working with Children Check (WWC) and First Aid certification.
• Sound understanding of EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Lead Educator. This service which will be opening soon will be licensed for 130 children.

We have fantastic opportunities for a Diploma Qualified, highly motivated Lead Educator who is ready to work Monday to Friday and is looking to work in our privately owned and operated Centre.

This position is a position where using your previous experience as a Lead Educator you will help to manage and support the team. For us, it's about finding a like-minded individual who is passionate about early childhood education and the developmental needs of children.

About The Role

About You

• Experience: previous experience as a Lead Educator in an early childhood setting.
• Qualifications: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care OR equivalent approved by ACECQA.
• Compliance: Current Working with Children Check (WWC) and First Aid certification. Knowledge: Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for Education: Genuine love for children and a commitment to making a positive impact.
• Documentation & Planning: Strong skills in documenting and planning for individual learning needs and general administration.
• Work Authorisation: Australian work authorisation is required for this position.

Working Hours

Ideally, we are looking for team member who are available to work within the hours of 6.30am and 6.30pm Monday - Friday.
